Thomas Taugher Starting at SVSU this Fall

Saginaw Valley State University is pleased to welcome Thomas Taugher of Bay City, Mich., into its 2012 freshman class. Taugher, a graduate of Freeland Community School, will start classes on Monday, August 27.
