Tanzania Carruth Starting at SVSU this Fall

Saginaw Valley State University is pleased to welcome Tanzania Carruth of Saginaw, Mich., into its 2012 freshman class. Carruth, a graduate of Saginaw High School, will start classes on Monday, August 27.
