Siobion Richards Starting at SVSU this Fall

Saginaw Valley State University is pleased to welcome Siobion Richards of Royal Oak, Mich., into its 2012 freshman class. Richards, a graduate of Royal Oak High School, will start classes on Monday, August 27.
