Shantel Blackburn Starting at SVSU this Fall

Saginaw Valley State University is pleased to welcome Shantel Blackburn of Pigeon, Mich., into its 2012 freshman class. Blackburn, a graduate of Laker High School, will start classes on Monday, August 27.
