Saginaw Valley State University welcomed new members into its chapter of Sigma Delta Pi, the Spanish Honorary Society; Washington Township native among inductees

Saginaw Valley State University welcomed new members into its chapter of Sigma Delta Pi, the Spanish Honorary Society.

Student Christie Sinicki, a Washington Township native who is enrolled in the Mathematics Education program, is among the new members.

SVSU alumna and adjunct instructor of modern foreign language and alumna Annamaria Lowrie also was inducted as an honorary member during the initiation ceremony on Friday, March 24 in SVSU's Founder's Hall.

Sigma Delta Pi is a Spanish Honor Society that recognizes and supports students and educators of Spanish language and culture.
