SVSU student Shelby Duncan, of Alpena, named to President's List

Shelby Duncan, of Alpena, was one of 460 students from Saginaw Valley State University named to the President's List for the winter 2014 semester.

To be eligible for the President's List, a student must take at least 12 credit hours and earn a 4.0 grade point average.
