SVSU student Anthony Roose accompanies fall concert

Saginaw Valley State University will showcase the musical stylings of student saxophonist Nathan Swain at the Rhea Miller Recital Hall Friday, Nov. 13 at 7:30 p.m. The concert will be free and open to the public.

Anthony Roose, a marketing major from Leslie, will be one of the three SVSU students accompanying Swain. Roose will be playing alto saxophone and will be joined by fellow student saxophonists Autumn Zender and Cienna Ditri.

The concert will consist of the work of various musicians such as George F. Handel, Eugene Bozza, Maurice Ravel and Victor Morosco.
