SVSU's Tillie Dorgan, of Big Rapids, cast in 'The Cherry Orchard'

Saginaw Valley State University student Tillie Dorgan, a theater major from Big Rapids, will be a part of the theatre production of "The Cherry Orchard," which will run from Wednesday, Feb. 19 to Sunday, Feb. 23 in the Malcolm Field Theatre for Performing Arts on the campus of SVSU.

Dorgan will play the role of a guest and servant.

The show will be directed by Steve Erickson, SVSU professor of theatre, and will be an adaptation of Anton Chekhov's play that debuted in Moscow more than 100 years ago.

Showtimes for the production are at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 19 through Saturday, Feb. 22, and 3 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 23.
