Kelly Leblanc Starting at SVSU this Fall

Saginaw Valley State University is pleased to welcome Kelly Leblanc of Southgate, Mich., into its 2012 freshman class. Leblanc, a graduate of Southgate-Anderson High School, will start classes on Monday, August 27.
