Jylain Winters Starting at SVSU this Fall

Saginaw Valley State University is pleased to welcome Jylain Winters of Detroit, Mich., into its 2012 freshman class. Winters, a graduate of Communication and Media Arts High School, will start classes on Monday, August 27.
