Felicia Jostock Starting at SVSU this Fall

Saginaw Valley State University is pleased to welcome Felicia Jostock of North Branch, Mich., into its 2012 freshman class. Jostock, a graduate of Lapeer East High School, will start classes on Monday, August 27.
