Chad Koch of Gagetown Records Perfect Grades, Named to SVSU President's List

Chad Koch of Gagetown, Mich. was named to Saginaw Valley State University's President's List for the winter 2013 semester. To be eligible for the President's List, students must be enrolled in at least 12 credit hours and earn a 4.0 semester GPA.
