Brandon Kelts Starting at SVSU this Fall

Saginaw Valley State University is pleased to welcome Brandon Kelts of Lapeer, Mich., into its 2012 freshman class. Kelts, a graduate of Lapeer East High School, will start classes on Monday, August 27.
