Alphonso Tinsley Starting at SVSU this Fall

Saginaw Valley State University is pleased to welcome Alphonso Tinsley of East Pointe, Mich., into its 2012 freshman class. Tinsley, a graduate of East Detroit High School, will start classes on Monday, August 27.
